FAT: FABULOUS or FATAL?

The decision to do my BLOG on weight and related health issues was based upon 1) my personal interest in the issue; 2) the desire to raise a non too serious issue; 3) the fact that we r bombarded with info on this topic; and 4) the reality: let's face it - it is indeed an issue central to many lives. What I have found is that the issue is indeed a VERY SERIOUS (read: could be lethal) one (apologies). Someone(?) once said that one can never be too rich or too thin. Dunno about the first part (probably true) but am still contemplating the second. Hope to find answers with a little help from ur input.

pretty interesting!
different kinds of diets, red wines which i try to drink at least once or twice a week for my healthy heart haha
And the chocolate!!
You know! in Korea the "Chocolate diet" is getting popular nowadays~
Because the cocoa helps to break some fats in the body! and it reduces some appetite
can you believe it?
But only for dark chocoltes are allowed to eat...too bitter!! :(

Unmm looks nice weblog and should be interesting topic to talk about!
Recently I often use a red wine for cooking, but I didn't know that is good for heart desease. Maybe I should stop using it for cooking and just drink haha~
I expect further interesting infomation.

Hi, guys. I heard only dark chocolate could do us the favour. If you keep eating white chocolate, you probably will put weight on. That's also the theory why French ladies can keep fit because they eat only dark chocolate. Is it true?

I tried another way to reduce my weight after I had yo-yo effect problem from taking those crap medicines, this second way was taking supplementary diet “Herbal Life” which is popular in USA. When I went into the shop they had told me to take this instead of your meal, I had a sip and I think I liked it. After I bought it 1 week I got sick of drinking that everyday so again my weight had gained up to almost 80 kg. I was no longer interested in any kind of artificial types of diets because all the herbs around us is useful enough especially in Thai cooking. My family eat thai food everyday even though we live in New Zealand. Rice and Ginger always included in Thai cookings. I was amazed to read the link you gave said about ginger also a detox as well as rice and other fruits. I guess that’s why most of asian women are not fat!

Hi guys,

Min, will I get rid of my cellulite if I eat dark chocolate? Have u ever seen a French woman with cellulite? Even the actresses from that country who r overweight (to Hollywood standards) do not have fatty pockets. Think of Juliette Binnoche.
